The FSPCA Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCQI-AF) training course meets the FDA’s requirements under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) for facilities that manufacture, process, pack, or hold animal food. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement a Food Safety Plan. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), recognizing them as Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQI’s) for Animal Food.
